Travel Tip: Packing Made Easy a.k.a. How To Pack for Kids
Last year after baby boy was born, my entire family came to visit. My sister-in-law shared with me how she simplifies packing for her 4 girls. I thought it was ingenious, so now I am sharing it with you:

Great tip! I think I should do this regularly so that my 8 year old son's drawers don't look like they were robbed.
ReplyDeletePopping in from SITS to wish you a Terrific Thursday.
Great idea! We are going on vacation soon, so that is probably what I'll do. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great idea! I may be taking a little trip this weekend so I might just try that out. Thanks :)

That's a great idea! So simple and easy, and I probably never would have thought of it!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the visit to my site...decided to stop by yours and glad I did! That's a great idea and since I am an avid overpacker that would really help with that!
ReplyDeleteGood idea about the packing for kids :) I usually just cram all the stuff for two kids in one bag and then get there and sort it all out. Your way sounds much more organized.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!!
ReplyDeleteNOw to just find somewhere to travel....
:)
God bless!

our kindergartner told us this tip one year because we were going camping. It's great because dirt always gets into the kids' suitcases, but when the outfits (esp underwear) are in the ziplock bags, they stay clean anyway.
ReplyDeleteoops I mean kindergarten TEACHER, not kindergartner, LOL...
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!! Does it work for husbands?
ReplyDeleteI just did this over the summer during our family vacation and it worked out GREAT! My entire family (and hubby) was so impressed with my organizational skills.
ReplyDeleteVisiting from SITS sharefest...have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from SITS!!! Have a great Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI like this idea because it keeps your suitcase tidy, and gives your kids independent choices without having to rumble around so much. Those bags are pretty sturdy, so they could be re-usable as well by just keeping them in your case after the trip.
