September Shred: Day 3

I'm shredded! Just finished my workout. How do I get so sweaty (and stinky) in just 20 minutes? That Jillian is tough.

After weighing myself this morning, I've been wondering, "how is it that weight can creep on soooo fast, and it is so slow to come off?"

Oh well, I'm 27 day from a new, lean, smokin'-hot body!


  1. I agree with you on the sweating! Working those big muscles in with the little ones will do it to you I guess!

    27 days isn't too far away... :)

  2. lol I hear ya girl!!! After I did the Shred I felt like I lost more inches then actual pounds... but I hope you lose both!!

    Great job! Keep it up!


  3. You'll make it. I'm doing a different routine (but it is killing me I'm convinced...) and in two weeks I've lost about 3 pounds. I am happy with it! I'm developing buns o' steel! :)
