2 Days Down, 28 to Go!
I could feel my muscles being shredded into shape this evening! Jillian's 30 Day Shred is one tough workout!
If you are just stopping by for the first time, In the Trenches of Mommyhood challenged her followers to join her doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred in September, and I was up for the task — or at least I thought I was!
I think I will be sore tomorrow and will probably use the elevator. Maybe I'll take a soak in the tub with Epsom salt.
Anyone got a tip for sore muscles? I'd love to hear it; leave a comment!

So glad I am preggers and don;t feel tempted to try that workout. I will stick with my yoga and walks. GOOD FOR YOU!

I feel pretty good after day 2 as well, except my thighs are a bit sore. The elevator sounds good!

Icy Hot! I love it. My hubby refuses to sit by me on the couch when I use it, but it's so worth it, lol
